Fleettracker Update March
What's new for you in March?
with this Fleettracker Update we want to inform you about the latest features and improvements.
More control, more security:
Fleettracker provides for you from now on terrestrial and satellite-based AIS data on digital charts and satellite images in addition to your messages via systems such as Inmarsat-C and FleetBroadband. So, you can follow the movements of your fleet worldwide in coastal areas and offshore best as possible, even if AIS is switched off for safety reasons.
Simply make a selection: book your favourable AIS-Option and start using it.
The countdown has started:
The new maps will be launched on 31th March 2016.
At this moment, several shipping companies are testing the new Fleettracker map module and our software developers give the functionalities the finishing touches. Since the previously used BING charts for the display of tracking data may no longer be used, you can work with the new HERE charts from 31 th March 2016. You can look forward to a completely new technology with intuitive operating concept!
|Updating made even easier.
Updates of software on the network are another matter - a few other settings and nothing works as before. The solution is so close: From Daily Report 3.10 updates are quickly and easily performed by an import file. This ensures
that all important configurations are adopted. No further settings need to be made.
In Fleettracker Daily Report you will find now a support button, with which we receive and respond to your request even faster and easier. If you send us your inquiry, the current configuration will be automatically appended. So you don´t need to give us any further details and you save time: no additional calls, emails or screenshots.
Messages when incorrect entries.
North or South, East or West - just when typing position reports it is easy for gremlins to creep in. Trust is good, control is better. Therefore your new Fleettracker Daily Report module checks the position input and report immediately if there is something wrong.
Berths in the timetable.
Where is the vessel at the moment? How is the berth? In response to numerous customer requests, you can specify the exact terminal and berth in the timetable of Fleettracker Daily Report. This means better planning certainty for the next service call on board.
